Larry DiLoreto, Vice President, The Americas & Asia Pacific, Progress SoftwareLarry DiLoreto is the Vice President Asia Pacific & Japan for Progress Software, a leading supplier of technology for building, deploying, integrating and managing business applications. In this role, DiLoreto is responsible for management and direction of all aspects of revenue generation including sales, services, support, marketing and education throughout Asia Pacific and Japan. DiLoreto brings 19 years of successful software sales management and business knowledge to this position. He has extensive experience leading direct sales and Application Partner teams, as well as assisting Application Partners achieve significant growth. During his 14 years at Progress, he has advanced into positions of greater responsibilities, from manager of U.S. East and Canada to director of direct end user operations for North America. His teams consistently exceeded expected performance, winning awards including Worldwide Region of the Year. DiLoreto holds a bachelor degree from the School of Management at Boston University. |

Eric Lim, Managing Director Asia, Progress SoftwareBased in Singapore, Managing Director for Asia, Lim is responsible for all aspects of operations including sales, services, support, marketing and education throughout Southeast Asia, Greater China, Korea and India for all divisions and companies of Progress Software Corporation. With a career in Information Technology sector that spans over 23 years, Lim has held a variety of senior roles in software development, product development, sales and professional services. Before joining Progress, Lim was general manager for Asia with Software AG leading their webMethods business. Before the acquisition of webMethods by Software AG, Lim was the general manager for South Asia. Prior to joining webMethods, Lim held various management positions with Yahoo, TIBCO Software and IBM in South and Southeast Asia. Lim was awarded a British High Commission Foreign and Commonwealth post graduate scholarship, and holds a Master of Science degree in artificial intelligence from University of Essex, United Kingdom. |
